Our general terms and conditions apply to all written orders, orders by telephone and all orders in our studio and are accepted and acknowledged by the customer with every order. Our general terms and conditions are available on the Internet at www.hochzeit-irvalda.at .

The presentation of the goods in the Irvalda wedding studio does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. It is merely an invitation to the customer to make an offer. The customer’s order and payment therefore constitute an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled in. If information is missing or we are unable to fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before the order is finally sent, the customer has the opportunity to correct their order. The customer will receive supporting detailed information directly during the ordering process.

The customer is bound to their order for two working days from receipt of this order. The statutory right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) remains unaffected. As soon as the ordering process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order by email. This does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer on our part. The customer will receive an invoice within two working days confirming acceptance of the offer, which means that the contract has been concluded. The contract is stored by us. The customer can request information about the contract at any time by email at kontakt@hochzeit-irvalda.at. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full upon conclusion of the contract at the latest. The goods will only be delivered once the amount has been received in our bank account.

All offers and promotions in our advertising and in the Irvalda wedding studio are only valid while stocks last. All prices are total prices. They include all taxes, including sales tax and duties, but exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs can be found under point 8 of the T&Cs.

The web shop is aimed at Austria, but in exceptional cases deliveries are also made to other countries.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must complete our cancellation form in full, sign it and send it by email to kontakt@hochzeit-irvalda.at or post to:

. We ask you to use our cancellation form for this purpose.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation from us. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must bear the costs of returning the goods.

A cancellation for our goods is only possible if you have original condition with labels and unworn. Otherwise the cancellation is not possible. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods or keep the goods. In these cases we will send the goods back to you and there will be no refund.

There is no right of cancellation for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated, but for whose production an individual selection or production for the customer is decisive or which are clearly made to the personal needs of the customer. The right of cancellation therefore only applies to standard dresses, not dresses ordered to measure or dresses that deviate from the standard product (other lengths, lace, long sleeves, opaque, etc.)

A cancellation for our goods is only possible if they are returned to us in their original condition with labels and unworn. Otherwise the cancellation is not possible. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods or keep the goods. In these cases we will send the goods back to you and there will be no refund.

We hereby expressly point out that the colors of the dresses look and are displayed differently on each customer’s screen. The actual color and the nature of the fabric of the dresses therefore do not have to match the color and appearance shown on your screen. Complaints regarding the color and appearance beyond point 3 are also excluded.

All prices are total prices. They include all taxes, including sales tax and duties, but exclude shipping costs. The amount of shipping costs can be found under point 8 of the T&Cs.

The delivery costs, depending on the product, are offered in the shop before payment for the goods ordered. When the order is placed, these delivery costs are expressly accepted by the customer.

You will receive confirmation of delivery dates for your goods from us during the order processing. Since delivery times are particularly long for made-to-measure items, it is possible that the final dates will be postponed. www.hochzeit-irvalda.at can exceed these dates by up to 10 working days. The customer is not entitled to cancel the contract due to delay in delivery.

Prepayment: Payment is possible by direct transfer and your own transfer.
